Its amendment to Arkansas Code section 12-12-1805 states that an entity using an ALPR under the enumerated governmental provisions shall: > Compile statistical data identified in subsection (b) of this section every six (6) months into a format sufficient to allow the general public to review the compiled data; and: > Preserve the compiled data for eighteen (18) months. The act also requires rules and policies concerning obtaining, retaining, and destroying captured plate data to be available for public inspection.
