The map plots **1,344 documentary coordinate records at 1,307 distinct exact coordinate strings**. It does not claim 1,344 unique or currently operational cameras: agency disclosures, proposals, permits, engineering plans, surveys, GIS/MOU points, installations, current inventories, historical points, and variants remain visibly separate. The **860 drone-flight takeoff rows** are dated deployment events, not camera sites: 141 come from Faulkner County SO's Skydio X10 log and 719 from Russellville PD's joined DroneSense exports. The first August 17 compilation adds three current and three proposed Rogers DFR infrastructure sites. The later ASP/Benton/Batesville/West Memphis/Marion compilation adds no map records because its new location evidence does not yet supply a reconciled exact coordinate inventory suitable for the generated register. Those fixed Rogers dock/site records are not flight events or ALPR sites.
