# 2026-05 Conway PD PD-2026-477 Withholding Response On 2026-05-22 the Conway Police Department completed FOIA production `PD-2026-477`, the supplemental to `PD-2026-354`. The production is, in substance, a withholding letter ([[Custodian Response Letter]]): of the twelve supplemental items (A–L), it produces four record categories (the Flock contract and Master Services Agreement, two invoices, a semi-annual LPR report, and a 2022 pre-Flock procurement estimate), withholds four **in full** (SharedNetworks/network-sharing snapshots, the full-life Federal Searches export, currently-enabled custom hot lists, and pre-April-2025 audit logs), and refers four (City Council records, Mayor's Office records, asset-forfeiture authorization through Council action, and DOT right-of-way permitting) to the City of Conway. The completion email states that "Sections A, B, C, & J will need to be handled by the Conway City Hall" (Gmail thread `19e4fe6bc7700b88`). The event of record is a reversal of disclosure posture.
