[[Steven Elliott]] sent Joshua a Google Drive folder containing 51 files that he described as everything the department could locate regarding Flock. The files include nine location screenshots, agreements, invoices and purchase history, policy and reports, permit/deployment records, and a 140-account user export. ## Significance The response supplies Cabot's first complete produced Flock location set in this corpus and exposes cross-domain account and report-quality questions.
