# 2026-07-24 Conway City Attorney Advises on Flock FOIA Requests On July 24, 2026, City Attorney [[Charles Finkenbinder]] advised that the cited ALPR provisions protect people whose information is recorded but did not appear to shield records showing the government's access, storage, sharing, or acquisition of that data. He wrote that requests 760-763 did not appear to seek protected captured-plate data and that § 25-19-105(b)(11) did not appear to exempt those records.
