Its 2026-07-22 initial production documents a nine-unit Flock footprint — eight fixed Falcon cameras and one Flex — along with exact site records, procurement and permit files, a 2022 LPR policy, seven six-month reports, and a 140-account Flock user export. ## Roles in this corpus - **Flock customer since 2022.** The initial January 26, 2022 agreement bought six Falcon cameras; a January 2023 Cabot-signed expansion added two; a May 2024 Flex acquisition added one ([[Cabot Flock Agreements and Purchase History]]). - **Exact-location source.** Eight numbered fixed-camera screenshots and one Flex screenshot provide nine exact coordinate records. The Flex moved from a Campground placement documented in September 2024 to Ravell Road by the December 16, 2025 screenshot ([[Cabot Flock Camera Locations]]). - **ARDOT permit holder.** Produced records support four fixed sites through P1753/SP-06-2023-0034 and P1772/SP-06-2024-0004, plus a preliminary relocation plan for #04. The City Council had authorized five new Fleet 3 systems carrying ALPR licenses, the Mayor signed the agreement, and the City paid `$79,792.07` in March 2025.
