# Cabot Police Department Municipal police department for [[City of Cabot|Cabot]], Arkansas. Its 2026-07-22 initial production documents a nine-unit Flock footprint—eight fixed Falcon cameras and one Flex—along with exact site records, procurement and permit files, a 2022 LPR policy, seven six-month reports, and a 140-account Flock user export. ## Roles in this corpus - **Flock customer since 2022.** The initial January 26, 2022 agreement bought six Falcon cameras; a January 2023 Cabot-signed expansion added two; a May 2024 Flex acquisition added one ([[Cabot Flock Agreements and Purchase History]]). - **Exact-location source.** Eight numbered fixed-camera screenshots and one Flex screenshot provide nine exact coordinate records. The Flex moved from a Campground placement documented in September 2024 to Ravell Road by the December 16, 2025 screenshot ([[Cabot Flock Camera Locations]]). - **ARDOT permit holder.** Produced records support four fixed sites through P1753/SP-06-2023-0034 and P1772/SP-06-2024-0004, plus a preliminary relocation plan for #04. Three fixed sites have no matching permit/deployment record in this production ([[Cabot ARDOT Permits and Deployment Plans]]). - **Policy and public-report issuer.** Policy 305.1 requires visual plus ACIC/NCIC confirmation before a hit-based stop, caps captured-data retention at 150 days, limits sharing to offense-evidence circumstances, and requires six-month public reports preserved for 18 months ([[Cabot LPR Policy 305.1]]). - **Former Mobile Axon LPR user.** Reports attribute hundreds of 2023-2024 non-correlating alerts to Mobile Axon LPR and state that the integration had ended by the first half of 2025 because Cabot considered its results inaccurate ([[Cabot Semiannual LPR Reports]]). - **Cross-domain account administrator.** The July 2026 Flock user export lists 87 active accounts, including 40 using non-Cabot domains, with Search and Hotlist Tool enabled for every active row.
