The City of Rogers operates **263 Meraki cameras across seventeen municipal sites**, inventoried in a native export produced 2026-07-24 ([[Rogers Meraki Camera Inventory]]). Fleet composition by model: **MV72** (147), **MV22** (78), **MV22X** (24), **MV72X** (13), **MV32** (1). Firmware across the fleet runs `camera-7-1-1` (223) and `camera-7-1-2` (31); nine cameras report "Not running configured version." ## Why it matters here Meraki is the corpus's first example of a **general municipal facility camera platform** that a police real-time crime center is authorized to reach. The cameras were installed for ordinary civic purposes — a library, a swimming pool, museums, fire stations — and Rogers Policy 406.7 directs RTIC personnel to "Access available PSCN Cameras," with the Public Safety Camera Network defined as "any camera providing access to either live or recorded" video. The distinction from the corpus's other camera vendors is that Meraki is not a law-enforcement product. It carries no plate reader, no hot-list function, and no inter-agency sharing network.
