The complete known deployment nomenclature is twenty F# positions with corridor and travel direction. In July 2026, Smith sent the City Attorney prepared Organization Audit, Network Audit, aggregate/status, and preservation response chains for legal review. Finkenbinder advised that the cited ALPR provisions did not appear to shield records showing governmental access and that requests 760-763 did not appear covered by the cited ALPR or computer-security provisions.
