Its first production, delivered 2026-07-24, is among the most substantive in the corpus and arrived two days after the City objected that the request sought records that "do not exist." ## The Real Time Information Center Policy 406.7 (effective 2026-04-14) establishes the RTIC "to provide timely and relevant information to support patrol and investigative units." It may "access, view, and store video evidence from public facing cameras owned, operate[d]" by the City, and directs personnel to "Access available PSCN Cameras, DFR Systems," and ALPR — three sensor streams under one roof. ## Drone First Responder The RTIC houses a **DFR Chief Pilot**, "a sworn (or civilian) RTIC Member," responsible for program upkeep, training, regulatory compliance, and "day to day DFR operations." Operational detail is deferred to **SOG 417.2 Drone First Responder Program**, which was not produced. This is the corpus's first documented DFR program.
