# Vigilant Solutions, LLC
A license-plate-recognition software and service vendor named in Hot Springs' 2021 Enterprise Service Agreement forms. The forms describe Vigilant's LEARN, CarDetector, Target Alert Service, Mobile Companion, data-sharing, retention, and account-access terms.
Jacksonville's first production adds a customer-signed 2023 Vigilant terms acknowledgement and 2026 VehicleManager reports. The acknowledgement references an MCA, addenda, statements of work, and an ordering document that were not produced. The current system report lists ten mobile and three standalone systems; the all-agencies directory does not identify active sharing direction or status ([[Jacksonville Flock Wing Order and Motorola-Vigilant Acknowledgements]]; [[Jacksonville VehicleManager System and Data-Sharing Reports]]).
Jacksonville's supplemental release supplies the underlying 2023 procurement packet. Purchase Order `23-131696` orders four L6Q LPR systems for $53,167.73 after Ordinance 1717 waived competitive bidding and authorized $48,555 plus applicable tax ([[Jacksonville Motorola Vigilant Procurement and Renewals]], `Scan_2026_07_30_13_07_15_339.pdf`, pp. 1, 5-7, 11).
