# ASP Policy and ARDOT Drafting Correspondence On December 17, 2025, ASP's Jason Aaron told ARDOT's Jeffrey Holmes: "I've attached our policy on our use of LPR's and the rules we had to" promulgate (`RE__LPR_Policy___Rules.pdf`, p. 1). Later texts retain ASP's alert-verification, sharing, dissemination-log, and 150-day-retention structure. The completed comment workbook later records that ARDOT discovered an incorrect statutory citation inherited from ASP's rule: the sharing clause cited § 12-12-1803 but should cite § 12-12-1804 (`Copy_of_LPR_Comments.7.10.26.xlsx`, `Sheet1!D16:E16`; [[July 10 2026 Public Comment Dispositions]]).
