# LPR Public Comments Spreadsheet This first-release workbook is an intake-stage comment table with 13 data rows and columns for the identified change, internal thoughts, proposed solution, and commenter (`LPR_Comments_Spreadsheet.xlsx`, `Sheet1!A1:F14`). The “Thoughts on proposed change” field is blank throughout; only Axon's § 91-504 row contains a proposed solution. The sheet collects seven citizen/privacy submissions, Axon's repeated bond-exemption request for §§ 91-504 and 91-505, and four BLR rows. It contains commenter contact data that the wiki does not republish. ## Correction supplied by the supplement The § 150-103(a) row in this workbook contains the unrelated text “Denial of future permits until past noncompliance is resolved” (`LPR_Comments_Spreadsheet.xlsx`, `Sheet1!C12`). [[July 10 2026 Public Comment Dispositions]] replaces it with BLR's actual question about whether the “legitimate law enforcement purposes” clause referred only to members' use (`Copy_of_LPR_Comments.7.10.26.xlsx`, `Sheet1!C14`) and records a modification. The supplemental workbook also fills ARDOT's responses and dispositions for every substantive comment. This source should therefore be used for the intake record; the supplement controls for the final recorded dispositions.
