# Statewide Traffic Control Devices Export `TrafficControlDevices.csv` is a 506-data-row, 60-column export of ARDOT traffic-control-device points. Every row has `TCD_Type_Int=3`; 433 rows contain a permit number and 73 do not. The file's own fields include signals and traffic-device attributes unrelated to ALPR, so it is not a clean or demonstrably complete statewide ALPR-permit index. A field-by-field audit nevertheless identifies **59 rows with explicit ALPR, LPR, license-plate, or Flock text** (including URL-decoded permit filenames) plus **18 otherwise-unlabeled rows tied to independently verified Conway P1948 and Sherwood P1871/P1888/P1915 ALPR permits**: **77 positive/crosswalk rows at 76 unique normalized points**. ## Exact ALPR-positive and permit-crosswalk coordinates The table below reproduces every positive or independently crosswalked point, not just Sherwood. Coordinates are normalized to **latitude, longitude** without rounding. The export is internally inconsistent about axis order: earlier rows place longitude in `POINT_X` and latitude in `POINT_Y`, while later rows reverse those fields. The normalization preserves the exact cell strings and determines order only from Arkansas geographic bounds. An entry means only that this ARDOT export contains a point tied by explicit text or a verified permit crosswalk to an ALPR record. For all four rows, `Installation_Data`, `Last_Inspected`, `Description`, `Comments`, and `Reviewed` are blank. The export therefore establishes that ARDOT's dataset contains those permit/location points; it does not establish installation, inspection, acceptance, or operational use. ## Coverage limits P1855 is absent from the CSV, despite the separate P1855 form in this production. A decoded, field-by-field ALPR/Flock scan identifies 59 explicit rows statewide, but Sherwood's four rows contain neither keyword. The independent P1948/P1871/P1888/P1915 crosswalk adds 18 known ALPR rows. Even that 77-row set is not a completeness claim: P1855 proves that valid ALPR permits can be absent, and other unlabeled rows cannot be classified without their underlying permit files. The wiki intentionally publishes the exact normalized `POINT_X`/`POINT_Y` camera coordinates above. Projected `x`/`y`, `GlobalID`, `OBJECTID`, edit-user fields, and contact fields remain in the immutable evidence file because they add no camera-location clarity and may expose internal identifiers or personal contact data.
