Blank cells remain blank rather than being interpreted as a denial, removal, or prior state. The snapshot proves configured directions on 2026-07-30. It does not identify who requested or approved a relationship, whether a platform default supplied it, whether the counterparty viewed the same state, or whether any search or data transfer occurred. ## Open questions - Network Audit or administrative-change records showing when and by whom each direction was enabled. - Search-level audit records identifying which networks were actually queried. - A later native snapshot for change-over-time comparison.
