# Bentonville Organization Access Sharing and Network Audit
Four native exports describe who can use Bentonville's Flock tenants, the current sharing topology, enabled tenant capabilities, and one month of cross-organization audit activity.
## Organization access
`Organization Access.csv` has 153 account rows: 129 active and 24 deactivated. All 129 active rows have both Search and Hotlist Tool enabled; eight rows have user-management capability. Aggregated roles are 63 Patrol, 38 Analyst/Detective/Supervisor, 20 Dispatch, eight Admin, and 24 blank-role rows (all-row aggregation of `"Status"`, role, Search, Hotlist Tool, and user-management fields).
The record establishes a broad operational user base and a smaller administrative subset.
## Current sharing snapshot
`Shared Networks August 4 2026.csv` has 572 organization rows:
- 561 rows with an inbound relationship;
- 26 with an outward relationship; and
- 15 with both directions populated.
An exact-name comparison to `SharedNetworks_2025_November_19.csv` identifies sixteen additional outward relationships. This new dated export resolves the first package's currency gap but not its historical-change-record gap.
`Sharing Configuration Export.csv` lists both `"Bentonville Parks AR (Condor)"` and `"Bentonville AR PD"` with Search, Alerts, VMS, VMS PTZ, VMS PTZ Settings, and VMS Imaging Settings enabled.
## Network Audit
`6_24_2026-7_24_2026-Bentonville AR PD-Network-Audit.csv` contains 4,241 rows. The twelve organization labels aggregate as follows:

| Miller County AR SO | 141 |
| Quapaw Nation OK Marshals Service | 114 |
| Benton County AR SO | 62 |

Search types aggregate to 2,087 `lookup`, 1,215 `mobile lookup`, 567 `search`, 304 `mobile search`, 37 `visual`, 14 `freeform`, 12 `convoy`, and five `mobile freeform` rows.
> [!caution]
> The audit export records activity within the Bentonville-produced report. Its fields do not prove that each query returned Bentonville data or that all twelve organizations had identical access. It also does not supply the sharing relationship's author, approval, effective date, or history.
## Significance
The current export deepens [[T022 - Bentonville Click-to-Allow Sharing Statement vs Produced Sharing Records]]: Bentonville has now produced two dated sharing snapshots plus an audit export, demonstrating that vendor-hosted configurations and activity are exportable records. The production still lacks the approval and change-history evidence needed to explain how those relationships were created.
