Its pricing table lists six `Flock Falcon Camera` units at $2,500 each and six $250 implementation fees: > "Flock Falcon Camera ... $2,500.00 ... 6.00 ... $15,000.00" and "Implementation Fee ... $250.00 ... 6.00 ... $1,500.00" (`2022 Flock Agreement.pdf`, p. 2). The produced DocuSign package shows Chief Steely's agency signature dated 2024-05-24 (`EnvelopePDF.aspx.pdf`, p. 5). Invoice INV-40647 describes `AR - Cabot PD Flex`, a first-year period of 2024-05-24 through 2025-05-23, and $3,500 due (`Flock Safety_INV-40647_2024-05-28_Redacted.pdf`, p. 1). The report's transaction descriptions reconcile the deployment and later recurring costs: - March 17, 2022: four Police Department cameras/service fees for $11,000 and two District Court cameras for $5,500 (p. 1). - January-May 2023: two additional cameras and related implementation/capital entries, including the $5,000 District Court entry and $700/$2,500 Police Department entries (p. 1). - May 28, 2024: $3,500 Flex purchase from the Drug Control Fund (p. 1). - 2024-2026: recurring fixed-camera and Flex lease/service entries plus a $750 Flex replacement battery (p. 1). The $110,020 figure is a vendor-history report total across accounting categories and transactions; it is not treated as a single contract value or as proof that every accounting line corresponds to a distinct device. ## Retention and term boundary The initial agreement's implementation guide and the Flex quote specify 30-day data storage/retention (`2022 Flock Agreement.pdf`, p. 21; `Quote_Cabot PD Flex.pdf`, p. 1). Thirty days is within the policy ceiling; the production does not include a tenant configuration history proving what setting remained active throughout the deployment.
