# Flock Devices 2 (admin screenshot)
A 149,864-byte PNG screenshot of the Flock platform's **Devices admin view** for Conway PD, captured by an unknown party and included in the production. Text was recovered by OCR. Lists Flock device IDs (`F#001` – `F#020`) paired with intersection-level placement labels. The single artifact in the corpus that maps device IDs to physical locations.
## What's inside
OCR output enumerates ~20 stationary LPR cameras by Flock F# identifier and intersection. The first 12 (DOT right-of-way per the 2025-01-23 onboarding email — see [[AR - Conway PD - Welcome to Flock!]]):
- F#001 — Skyline Dr @ O'Bryant St (WB)
- F#002 — Skyline Dr @ O'Bryant St (EB)
- F#003 — Oak St @ Hamilton St (WB)
- F#004 — Oak St @ Hamilton St (EB)
- F#005 — Highway 365 @ Bronnie Ln (NB)
- F#006 — S Harkrider St @ Bronnie Ln (SB)
- F#007 — E Oak St @ Caskay Dr (EB)
- F#008 — E Oak St @ Caskay Dr (WB)
- F#009 — Dave Ward Dr @ Diane Ln (WB)
- F#010 — Dave Ward Dr @ Diane Ln (EB)
- F#011 — S Donaghey Ave @ Dave Ward Dr (NB)
- F#012 — S Donaghey Ave @ Dave Ward Dr (WB)
- F#013 — S Donaghey Ave @ Dave Ward Dr (SB)
- F#014 — Dave Ward Dr @ S Donaghey Ave (EB)
- F#017 — Donaghey Ave @ College Ave (NB)
- F#020 — Hogan Ln @ Prince St (SB)
- (and the screenshot includes additional rows; OCR noise on some labels)
## Key takeaways
- **The 20 contracted Flock cameras are distributed across major Conway commercial arterials.** The cluster on Dave Ward Dr / S Donaghey Ave (F#009-F#014) covers the commercial-retail corridor; Oak St / Hamilton St (F#003-F#004) and Skyline Dr (F#001-F#002) cover east/west routes; Hwy 365 / Bronnie Ln + Harkrider St (F#005-F#006) cover southern approaches; F#007-F#008 (E Oak/Caskay) cover residential approaches.
- **Each camera has explicit directional orientation** (EB, WB, NB, SB). Where intersections have multiple cameras (e.g., F#001 + F#002 at Skyline/O'Bryant), they cover opposite directions of traffic flow on the same road.
- **A few intersections have 4 cameras** (Dave Ward Dr / S Donaghey Ave: F#011, F#012, F#013, F#014 across all four directions) — these are higher-coverage choke points.
- **OCR noise:** "LPR Gamera" instead of "LPR Camera" on F#014 line; "F#003 Oak St @ Hamilton St WB" (with WB only, no number after). Original PNG should be inspected for any deliverable that needs verbatim location coordinates.

## Open questions / follow-ups
1. **Screenshot date.** No timestamp is visible in the OCR'd text. Whether the screenshot reflects the deployment as of 2025-Q3, 2025-Q4, or later 2026 is not knowable from the file alone. A follow-up would check the `.msg` chain that delivered this attachment for a date.
2. **Gaps in the F# sequence.** F#015 and F#016 are not visible in the OCR. F#018 and F#019 also not visible. Whether these were retired, never deployed, or simply not on this screenshot is open.
3. **City right-of-way locations.** The 8 City right-of-way cameras (per [[AR - Conway PD - Welcome to Flock!]]) are presumably the F#015+ entries; their intersection-level placement requires a full reading of the PNG (AGENTS.md surveillance-handling considerations apply — location data is sensitive for some surveillance-investigation purposes but not as sensitive as plate-level PII).
