# Jacksonville VehicleManager System and Data-Sharing Reports Four produced artifacts document Jacksonville's Motorola/Vigilant VehicleManager environment. They establish mobile and standalone LPR components and a 30-day deletion setting, while leaving procurement scope, physical locations, lifecycle, and the relationship between the separate system views unresolved. ## System-camera report `VM-System_Cameras_Report_07-14-2026-12-20-23-466.pdf` is a one-page VehicleManager system report listing: - ten `Mobile` systems; - three `Standalone` systems; and - 37 camera-channel lines across those 13 systems. The five numbered `23-` mobile systems each carry four camera lines. Other mobile rows carry one or four lines labeled `IP`, `M500 IP`, or `VLP(ABOX)`. The three standalone rows are `Graham (West)`, `Main and T. P. White East Bound`, and `N First at Martin` (p. 1). This report is a system/channel list, not a site export: it supplies no coordinates, complete street addresses, status, installation dates, or lifecycle fields. ## Device screenshot `VM Camera Location Data.png` displays six mobile companion device rows and two `L6Q` rows. The visible L6Q labels include `Main and Marshall On Ramp` and `N First at Martin`. The eight-row screenshot is narrower than the 13-system report, but the artifacts do not define whether the views use different filters, device classes, dates, or scopes. The production supplies no native export or data dictionary that resolves the difference. ## Retention configuration `VM DATA STORAGE .pdf` shows: > "Delete all detection data after 30days" and: > "Delete all hit data after 30days" It also displays a default hot-plate expiration limit of 30 days and hot-list inactivity after 30 days (p. 1). This is a produced settings screen, not a deletion audit. ## All-agencies directory `VehicleManager_DataSharing_Report_07-14-2026-11-59-07-886.pdf` is a 178-page `Data Sharing Report - All agencies`. It provides agency name, state, city, and agency type, but no relationship direction, access status, camera group, permission, effective date, or history. The report's title and contents support an all-agencies directory reading; they do not prove that Jacksonville shared with, received data from, or had active access to all 2,807 entries. ## Evidence boundary The production does not reconcile these 2026 artifacts with the City's November 2023 description of 80 Motorola cameras at 20 locations. It also does not identify whether Vigilant, Motorola, and Flock/Wing rows overlap, replaced one another, or remain separate. ## Open questions / follow-ups - Native current and historical system, camera, device, vehicle, location, status, and lifecycle exports. - Complete master agreements, addenda, statements of work, orders, pricing, invoices, acceptance, renewals, and termination/migration records. - A retained record explaining the relationship among the 13-system report, eight-row device screenshot, and historical 80-camera/20-location description. - A current relationship/access export explaining which directory entries are active, direction, scope, and permission.
