Full-file aggregation yields 14 arrests, four vehicles, one gun, two drug outcomes, and $5,000 in property. The CSV is a row-level historical export; the PDF is a filtered dashboard snapshot. Without a shared period/filter definition, the different totals do not establish a contradiction. ## Evidence boundary None of these artifacts supplies a common denominator linking a scan to a read, alert, visual verification, confirmed match, search, stop, arrest, prosecution, or duplicate-adjusted outcome.
