# Jacksonville Flock Device Health and Deployment Tracker The native device-health CSV and deployment-tracker CSV add two distinct layers to Jacksonville's earlier PDF location export: a generated device/health snapshot and a deployment-status record. Neither should overwrite the other. ## Device-health export `2b63c71c-2617-4d01-808a-988c229988fd-device-health-07-29-2026.csv` contains 126 rows: | Device type | Rows | |---|---:| | `LPR Camera` | 14 | | `Video Integration` | 101 | | `Video Camera` | 2 | | `Compute Box` | 9 | The complete set of organization name, device name, network name, device type, latitude, and longitude values exactly matches all 126 rows in `Flock Camera Location Data.pdf` from the first production (native CSV full-file comparison to the PDF-derived table). All fourteen LPR rows, both video-camera rows, and all nine compute-box rows carry the health label `Healthy`; the 101 integration rows carry the label `Video Integration` in the same field. Those labels are exact export values. `Healthy` is a snapshot field, not a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, and `Video Integration` is not a health assessment. ## Deployment tracker accounting `ar-jacksonville-pd-deployment-tracker-07-29-2026.csv` contains 27 rows. Twenty-five carry `Planning Status` = `INSTALLED`; the two records for the same proposed PTZ#003 site carry `Permitting`, `Processing`, and `Pending - Awaiting Permit` (header and full-file parse). The date fragments lack a year in the CSV; the associated deployment names and surrounding rows support sequence but not an inferred full date where the field says only `Complete`. The sixteen installed camera rows enter [[Arkansas Camera Map Data]] at `documented_installation`. PTZ#003 enters at `proposal_revised_proposal`. The current-inventory rows from the device-health export remain separate source records, joined only by stable variant groups. ## Procurement gap All fourteen LPR tracker rows are labeled installed, but the fully executed 2024 Flock order in this release lists eight Falcon LPRs.
