# Marion Flock Orders, Invoices, and Camera Count The release preserves multiple order, proposal, amendment, and invoice states. Customer signatures, Flock signatures, invoiced balances, payment, installation, validation, and current operation remain distinct. ## Documentary sequence | Date / instrument | LPR change | Other camera change | Produced amount/status | Evidence | |---|---:|---:|---|---| | 2023-05-31 initial signed order | +7 | +3 Condor | `$33,550` year one; `$29,250` recurring; `$62,800` contract | `Invoices - Flock.pdf`, pp. 1-4 | | 2024 phase proposal/agreement | +10 | - | `$36,500` year one; `$30,000` recurring; `$66,500` proposal | `Invoices - Flock.pdf`, pp. 21-22; amendment names 2024-03-27 agreement date | | 2025-04-03 signed amendment | -8 | - | `$24,000` annual reduction | `Invoices - Flock.pdf`, pp. 23-24 | | 2025-02-24 Phase 3 invoice | +5 | - | `$18,651.01` balance | `Invoices - Flock.pdf`, pp. 9-12 | | 2025-03-28 parks order / 2025-03-31 invoice | - | +2 Condor | `$6,250` year one; `$6,000` recurring; `$6,275.63` invoice balance | `Flock Safety - forms.pdf`, pp. 2-5; `Invoices - Flock.pdf`, pp. 13-14 | | 2025-04-03 additional order | +8 | - | `$30,483.66` year one; `$24,000` recurring; `$54,483.66` contract | `Flock Safety - forms.pdf`, pp. 6-9 | | 2025-04-21 hotels invoice | +3 | +1 Condor | `$7,659.84` balance after credit | `Invoices - Flock.pdf`, pp. 16-17 | | 2025-08-26 renewal invoice | seven carried | three Condor carried | `$29,250` balance | `Invoices - Flock.pdf`, pp. 18-20 | The initial order expressly lists `"Flock Safety Falcon"` quantity seven and `"Flock Safety Condor"` quantity three, with 30-day retention (`Invoices - Flock.pdf`, p. 1). The April 3 amendment identifies an eight-unit reduction, leaving two of its ten-LPR phase (`Invoices - Flock.pdf`, pp. 23-24). ## Reconciliation to the portal The July 27, 2026 portal visually reports 32 total cameras and 25 LPR cameras (`Data - Flock.pdf`, p. 1, `"Total Cameras"` and `"LPR Cameras"`). The produced order/invoice arithmetic reaches 25 LPRs: `7 + (10 - 8) + 5 + 8 + 3 = 25` Identified Condors total six: three initial, two parks, and one hotels. Because `32 - 25 = 7`, one non-LPR camera is not identified by the additive order/invoice record. > [!question] One non-LPR camera remains unidentified (T061) > The portal implies seven non-LPR cameras, while the produced order/invoice sequence identifies six Condors. The gap is tracked at [[T061 - Marion Thirty-Two-Camera Portal Total vs Six Identified Condors|T061]]. The printed March 28 and April 3, 2025 forms have customer signatures/dates but incomplete Flock signature/date fields (`Flock Safety - forms.pdf`, pp. 5, 9, visual signature-block review). Invoices show billed configurations and balances; they are not payment proof. ## Open questions - The identity, model, location class, and lifecycle state of the seventh non-LPR camera. - A single current device export reconciling every order, amendment, invoice, installation, validation, replacement, and removal. - Payment and final acceptance records for each phase.
