On 2026-07-22 City Attorney [[John Pesek]] wrote that the request "is quite long and seemingly asking the City to create many records that do not exist." Joshua offered written narrowing; Pesek confirmed an IT email search was underway, and on 2026-07-23 asked for an **extension to Wednesday July 29** for the communications portion.
