# Rogers Fusus Deployment and CAD Integrations This record chain separates contractual capacity from actual deployment. The signed Axon quote includes 150 Fusus Pro+ user licenses, 225 additional CCTV-stream licenses, eighteen video-integration appliances, and one CAD component for a ten-year term; the communications then document implementation milestones and a much smaller verified live-stream count. ## Contractual foundation Quote `Q-705116-45826KB` lists Fusus hardware classes and the CAD component, while the service schedule lists 150 `FUSUS - LICENSE - PRO+ USER` seats and 225 `FUSUS - LICENSE - ADDITIONAL CCTV STREAMS` from November 1, 2025 through October 31, 2035 (`raw/rogers-pd/2026-07-24-first-production/Complete_with_Docusign_Rogers_-_Contract_(Ax.pdf`, PDF pp. 46, 48, 50-51). Those quantities establish authorized capacity, not a live-feed count. ## Deployment sequence - On November 17, 2025, Rogers forwarded the kickoff package as “software that will be used by the Real Time Information Center”; Axon's follow-up called the work “your FususONE deployment” (`extracted/rogers-pd/2026-08-12-second-communications-production/Alan FOI Dunlap.pst/BMA Export/Unfiled/1948.eml`, body).
