# Rogers Fusus Deployment and CAD Integrations
This record chain separates contractual capacity from actual deployment. The signed Axon quote includes 150 Fusus Pro+ user licenses, 225 additional CCTV-stream licenses, eighteen video-integration appliances, and one CAD component for a ten-year term; the communications then document implementation milestones and a much smaller verified live-stream count.
## Contractual foundation
Quote `Q-705116-45826KB` lists Fusus hardware classes and the CAD component, while the service schedule lists 150 `FUSUS - LICENSE - PRO+ USER` seats and 225 `FUSUS - LICENSE - ADDITIONAL CCTV STREAMS` from November 1, 2025 through October 31, 2035 (`raw/rogers-pd/2026-07-24-first-production/Complete_with_Docusign_Rogers_-_Contract_(Ax.pdf`, PDF pp. 46, 48, 50-51). Those quantities establish authorized capacity, not a live-feed count.
## Deployment sequence
- On November 17, 2025, Rogers forwarded the kickoff package as “software that will be used by the Real Time Information Center”; Axon's follow-up called the work “your FususONE deployment” (`extracted/rogers-pd/2026-08-12-second-communications-production/Alan FOI Dunlap.pst/BMA Export/Unfiled/1948.eml`, body). The attached 18-page `Fusus - Rogers PD.pdf` divides the work into “PHASE 1 - ACTIVATE FUSUS & CONNECT FIRST” and “PHASE 2 - COMPLETE FUSUS DEPLOYMENT,” with Community Connect, up to 100 CCTV streams, CAD/AVL, and single sign-on identified in the staged plan (attachment, PDF pp. 9, 11-16).
- On February 4, 2026, a deployment message reported, “we have 18 RPD cameras online now” (`extracted/rogers-pd/2026-08-12-second-communications-production/Alan FOI Dunlap 2.pst/BMA Export/Unfiled/12157.eml`, body). This is the production's clearest verified online-stream count.
- On March 5, the remaining biweekly meetings were cancelled “as we have completed phase 1 of the deployment” (`extracted/rogers-pd/2026-08-12-second-communications-production/Alan FOI Dunlap 2.pst/BMA Export/Unfiled/12681.eml`, body).
- On March 6, the vendor reported, “The Connect Rogers microsite is complete and ready to be pushed out to the community for camera registration and onboarding of eligible camera feeds” (`extracted/rogers-pd/2026-08-12-second-communications-production/Alan FOI Dunlap 2.pst/BMA Export/Unfiled/12908.eml`, body).
## CAD, Active Calls, and AVL
The production documents two distinct integration paths. A February 9 message describes the Axon CAD exporter writing XML and uploading it at one-minute intervals for auto-tagging (`extracted/rogers-pd/2026-08-12-second-communications-production/Alan FOI Dunlap 2.pst/BMA Export/Unfiled/12278.eml`, body). A May 26 thread describes separate data pulls for Active Calls and AVL visualization; the CAD vendor cautioned that vendor access should use a replication database rather than production because replication may lag and schema changes may disrupt the integration (`extracted/rogers-pd/2026-08-12-second-communications-production/Alan FOI Dunlap 2.pst/BMA Export/Unfiled/3746.eml` and `extracted/rogers-pd/2026-08-12-second-communications-production/Alan FOI Dunlap 2.pst/BMA Export/Unfiled/3761.eml`, bodies).
On June 5, the implementer wrote, “The Active Call and AVL Layers are in place now,” and Rogers replied, “Looks good to me” (`extracted/rogers-pd/2026-08-12-second-communications-production/Alan FOI Dunlap 2.pst/BMA Export/Unfiled/4032.eml` and `extracted/rogers-pd/2026-08-12-second-communications-production/Alan FOI Dunlap 2.pst/BMA Export/Unfiled/4036.eml`, bodies). A separate same-day message states, “CAD integration into Skydio is complete now also. You can now use the feature to fly directly to a call” (`extracted/rogers-pd/2026-08-12-second-communications-production/Alan FOI Dunlap 2.pst/BMA Export/Unfiled/4060.eml`, body). ## Capacity is not operation
Planning correspondence carries several larger camera/stream numbers, but none replaces the verified 18-stream statement. A December quote proposed 85 additional streams and a 310-stream target; the internal forwarding message says, “I don't think we will be doing this” (`extracted/rogers-pd/2026-08-12-second-communications-production/Alan FOI Dunlap.pst/BMA Export/Unfiled/2055.eml`, attached `Q-782724-45996JN.pdf`; `extracted/rogers-pd/2026-08-12-second-communications-production/Alan FOI Dunlap.pst/BMA Export/Unfiled/2058.eml`, body). The proposed expansion is not an accepted purchase or an operational total.

## Open questions / follow-ups
- The total number and type of feeds online after February 4, 2026; planning and licensed-capacity figures are not substitutes.
- Whether the later Fusus 911 discussions reached production status.
- The retained operational logs for CAD/AVL, Community Connect onboarding, feed access, and administrative changes.
