# Rogers SharedNetworks, Alerts, and Vehicle Volume 2025 December 11, 2025 messages attach a Flock SharedNetworks snapshot plus aggregate alert and vehicle-volume exports (`extracted/rogers-pd/2026-08-12-second-communications-production/Alan FOI Dunlap.pst/BMA Export/Unfiled/2075.eml` and `extracted/rogers-pd/2026-08-12-second-communications-production/Alan FOI Dunlap.pst/BMA Export/Unfiled/2078.eml`, attachments). Among organizations present in both snapshots, 34 inbound and 81 outbound relationships were enabled, while 21 inbound and four outbound relationships were disabled (same attachments, full-row comparison). These are configuration changes between two points in time. The exports do not identify who requested or approved a relationship, whether a platform default supplied it, or whether any search or data transfer occurred. ## Aggregate alerts and reads The March 24-December 2, 2025 alert attachments report **8,157 alerts**: 4,997 official-list, 2,658 non-owned-custom, and 502 owned-custom alerts (`extracted/rogers-pd/2026-08-12-second-communications-production/Alan FOI Dunlap.pst/BMA Export/Unfiled/2075.eml`, attachments `Total_Alerts_by_Topi_1764864034430.xlsx` and `Total_Alerts_1764864094512.csv`, full tables). A separate 29-day vehicle-volume workbook reports **2,621,870 reads** (same EML, attachment `Total_Vehicle_Volume_1764863251906.xlsx`, full table). The files are aggregate exports, not search-level audit logs.
