The included Wing gateway is contract evidence of an eight-stream video-integration capability. The later produced device inventory does not identify the gateway or any attached third-party stream, so the contract does not establish which feeds were connected. ## February 2025 budgetary quote Budgetary quote `Q-123449`, created 2025-02-06 and expiring 2025-03-07, removes the original four LTE Condors and Wing line and proposes four `Solar Video Camera PTZ, fka Condor` units. It states: > "This document is for informational purposes only. Pricing is subject to change." (`Flock Contract.pdf`, p. 8). The quote shows `$3,157.35` as the annual recurring subtotal and `$257.35` as the quote total after credits and estimated negative tax (`Flock Contract.pdf`, pp. 8-9). Those figures describe the proposed change document, not the total continuing LPR agreement. ## Amendment copy The amendment says it changes a previously executed agreement dated **7/26/2024**, one day after the signatures visible on the produced order, and states `Net Annual Change: $6,840.00` (`Flock Contract.pdf`, p. 12). The existing/new product tables are blank or illegible in this copy, and both parties' signature and date fields are blank (`Flock Contract.pdf`, pp. 12-13). The one-day agreement-date difference is preserved as a source discrepancy.
