`1535591.pdf` is the 13-page “STOP, ARREST, & SEARCH OF PERSONS” policy, effective and revised January 1, 2020 and reviewed April 20, 2023 (p. 1). Its stated purpose is to direct employees “on the lawful limits of authority with respect to contacts with persons” (p. 1).
## General Order 10.11.00
`1535593.pdf` is the seven-page “SEARCH: MOTOR VEHICLES” policy, effective and revised January 1, 2020 and reviewed April 20, 2023 (p. 1). Its purpose is “To establish policy regarding searching motor vehicles” (p. 1).
## Coverage limit
These policies address stop/arrest/search authority and vehicle searches. They do not contain an ALPR-specific physical-plate-verification rule, identify incident 2026-006181, or supply the missing alert/activity/configuration records. Their production partially answers the request for policies in effect, but Sherwood did not expressly state that they exhaust every requested subpart.
