# Van Buren Fixed Security Camera System Inventory The four-page K&S Computing report identifies the hardware/software stack and lists thirty camera entries at the police building. It is an undated descriptive inventory, not a purchase, installation, acceptance, health, or complete lifecycle record. ## Hardware and software Page 3 states: > `Hardware: Custom Windows Server (Supermicro)` > `Software: Blue Iris 5` (`Security Camera System VBPD.pdf`, p. 3.) ## Camera inventory Page 4 numbers thirty entries. The produced labels cover lobby, front-entrance, interview, evidence-processing, evidence-room, training-room, report-room, hallway, sally-port, registration, and exterior views. Examples include `"Lobby 2 (Cam14)"`, `"CID Interview 2 (Cam10)"`, `"Evidence Room (Cam2)"`, `"N Sally Port (Cam30)"`, and `"SO Registration (Cam5)"` (`Security Camera System VBPD.pdf`, p. 4). The list contains camera labels and local channel identifiers but no addresses, coordinates, floor plan, make/model, serial number, acquisition date, installation date, status, retention setting, user/access record, or disposition field. The entries therefore are not added to the public coordinate register. ## Relationship to earlier records An earlier rolling package documents accepted proposals for three named camera replacements and says installation would be scheduled ([[Van Buren Fixed Security Camera Replacements]]). The K&S inventory does not identify which, if any, listed channels correspond to those replacements and does not establish completion or acceptance of that work. ## Open questions - The report date and whether the list is current, planned, installed, or mixed. - Camera make/model, device IDs, status, location records, installation and replacement history, and acceptance records. - Blue Iris retention, access, export, audit, security, and backup configuration.
