The P1948 permit description, the final case-941655 engineering sheets, and ARDOT's later statewide GIS export all identify the same fourteen-device Conway permit set, but several route-section-log-mile values and every GIS-versus-plan coordinate differ at some precision. The record does not identify which layer is the final as-built survey, so the wiki retains all three rather than selecting or averaging them.
## Statement A
