The records do not explain which units were validated, replaced, removed, renumbered, consolidated, or superseded. ## Statement A The first Parks agreement lists sixteen Condor PTZs, and the later expansion lists five PTZ video cameras ([[Bentonville Parks Flock Condor Contracts 2024-2025]]). `Completed Flock Contract - Updated.pdf` later lists six `"Flock Safety Video Camera PTZ w/ LTE Service, fka Condor"` units with a `$22,500` year-one subtotal ([[Bentonville Parks Contracts and Current Inventory Reconciliation]], p. 4). ## Statement B `Native Camera - Location Data.csv` contains eighteen `"Video Camera"` rows under `"Bentonville Parks AR (Condor)"`, at eighteen exact coordinate strings, all marked `"Healthy"` ([[Bentonville Native Camera Inventory and Deployment Tracker]], all video rows). ## Why it matters Contract quantities describe authorized transactions, while the native export describes a dated inventory. Treating the former as current deployment would overstate the evidence; treating the latter as a full lifecycle ledger would erase paid transactions and possible removals or substitutions. ## Resolution status `open` - no produced device lifecycle, validation, removal, replacement, supersession, serial-number crosswalk, or as-built ledger reconciles the transaction sets to the eighteen current sites. ## Discovery The conflict surfaced during the 2026-08-06 compilation of Bentonville's second and third rolling productions. ## Notes The non-binding eight-camera Phase 2 proposal is planning evidence and is not added to either side as an executed quantity.
