# T056 - Rogers 2026 LPR Report Version and Date Divergence The production preserves an editable May 27 report and a later signed report page with higher scan and outcome totals but a sharply lower Flock-alert total. The signed page still carries a May 27 date, a malformed period, and a “YTD as of 6/30/2026” scope, leaving the version and calculation history unresolved. ## Statement A `LPR Report 03JUL2026.docx`, attached to the May 27 “Tentative LPR Report Memo,” reports 17,204,659 Flock scans, 2,661,394 Axon scans, 41,339 Flock alerts, 2,222 Axon alerts, and 26 actioned outcomes (`extracted/rogers-pd/2026-08-12-second-communications-production/Alan FOI Dunlap 2.pst/BMA Export/Unfiled/3807.eml`, attachment, report table). ## Statement B The later-produced signed page reports 20,943,644 Flock scans, 5,554,221 Axon scans, 6,007 Flock alerts, 2,728 Axon alerts, and 39 actioned outcomes. It is dated `27MAY2026`, gives period `01JAN2026-012026`, and labels the figures “YTD as of 6/30/2026” (`extracted/rogers-pd/2026-08-12-second-communications-production/Alan FOI Dunlap.pst/BMA Export/Unfiled/855.eml`, attachment `LPR Audit 1st and 2nd Quarter 2026.pdf`, p. 2). ## Why it matters The signed version reduces the Flock-alert count by 35,332 while increasing scans and outcomes. Without the underlying tables or a revision note, the corpus cannot tell whether the earlier count was erroneous, differently scoped, or recalculated. Outcome-rate and alert-rate comparisons are load-bearing on that distinction. ## Resolution status `open`. Both versions remain first-class evidence. The signed file is not silently substituted for the editable one because it does not explain the change or reconcile its own date and period fields. ## Discovery Surfaced August 12, 2026 during attachment-level comparison of the Rogers PST production.
